The Cat5e unshielded Plenum cable is designed for installation in areas with airflow, such as drop ceilings and raised floors. It can also be installed in Riser-rated environments like walls, between floors, and in risers. Made with high-quality FRPVC, it minimizes flame spread and emits less toxic smoke. The cable is insulated with FEP to ensure better performance in higher temperatures, with a maximum installation distance of 328 feet (100 meters). It’s compatible with unshielded Cat6 keystone jacks and RJ45 connectors. Ethernet cable supports data transfer speeds ranging from 10 to 1000 Mbps (1 Gigabit) and offers bandwidth up to 350 MHz over distances of 328 feet. It's ideal for powering PoE (Power Over Ethernet) devices, computers, routers, IP cameras, switches, keystone jacks, RJ45 connectors, modems, gaming consoles like Xbox and PlayStation, Apple TV, Ethernet adapters, fax machines, smart TVs, mesh networks, access points, CCTV systems, and more. It can reach speeds up to 5Gb over shorter distances using the IEEE 802.3bz standard (2.5GBase-T and 5GBase-T). Complies with UL, ANSI/TIA, and U.S. product safety standards, featuring copper-clad aluminium conductors, which are the industry’s preferred material for reliable data transmission and PoE. It is the only conductor type approved for Ethernet networks by both industry and government standards. This product includes a 1000-foot (305-meter) Ethernet cable housed in a user-friendly pull-out box.
