The Ford RS200 is a mid-engined,all wheel drive sports car that was produced by Ford Motorsport in Boreham , UK, from 1984 to 1986. The road-going RS200 was the basis for Ford's Group B rally car and was designed to comply with FIA homologation regulations, which required 200 parts kits to be produced and at least one road-legal car to be assembled. It was first displayed to the public at the Belfast Motor Show. AS ALWAYS - before purchase - check the specs given below to ensure this body shell is suitable for your needs. CLEAR UNPAINTED LEXAN BODY SHELL to suit a 1:10th scale drift, touring or race car. Not suitable for buggy or monster truck/crawler. NOT suitable for any Tamiya M chassis cars. Body shell is as per pics #3 & #4 above --Classic Ford Escort RS200 supplied with decals - pics #6 & #7,Supplied with wing, wing "scoop" and spotlights -see pic #5 window/paint masks also supplied- see pics #2 & 3. Body shell is covered with clear spray film. Pic #1 is a sample picture only of what your finished shell could look like and as a reference for decal placement. Pic #8 is there to show what MAY have happened if Ford had more time to produce and develop this car. Body shell is for a chassis (wheelbase) of 258 mm and a wheel track (width) of up to 190mm. Item is new. Note that often shells are trimmed for freight purposes so excess plastic may be less than shown above. This item will be sent in a box (for safety) not a bag.
