15 or 16 of the powders were open and all the paperwork was missing. The item was supposed to be new. I was a bit annoyed and sent an email to the seller and she promptly responded, offering her apology and an immediate refund. It was mostly our fault... We ordered the ultra thin instead of standard. We tried to cancel but the seller said it was already shipped out. The next day we got "item has been shipped" Like quite awhile after we requested cancel. However, the seller had a great price, and the shipping was lightning speed.
The RC is a gift for one of my kids, so it has not yet been opened. It was however shipped in record time and communication with the seller was amazing. The RC is cool looking and the price was perfect. It was also shipped brand new in an additional sealed box for protection. Awesome seller!
