The item received looked like the picture. Packaging and shipping were great. The only comment I have is the 'loop' half of the brackets received were too small for the tubing on the rollator. Wasn't a problem because I had kept the brackets & screws from the old seat. The old heavy duty seat had 3 sets of brackets, each with 2 screws. There were 3 bracket sets in the package, but only 4 screws and the new seat only had pre-drilled holes for 2 sets of brackets. I'm still satisfied.
Oh my gosh, it is so much better than I ever thought it would be!! So big and roomy! Exactly as described!! Absolutely love it! I wasn't sure if it was brand new or not, but it sure is! The price was right, so I snagged it up haha. The fabric and the colors are just so beautiful! I am a happy woman today hahaha!! Shipping was timely and no snags there! Excellent seller!!
