  3. Item as described, communication excellent. Local post office at fault for delay in shipping. The item actually arrived on the 26th, but personnel couldn’t find it for me until Feb 9th. I had them look for it nearly a week ago, and they couldn’t find it. Printed Historic Images communications off and waved it in their faces, and suddenly they could find the package.
