Such an amazing seller! Our dogs and cats LOVE our old version of this fountain, so I've been looking for a replacement and am so happy that we found 2! These were in brand-new condition (and the seller kindly double-checked that for me because I bought a fountain from a different Ebay seller that was listed as new and unfortunately wasn't). The seller also refunded the difference in shipping for buying 2 and communication was wonderful. Fountains were well-packaged and shipped quickly.

The package was mis-shipped from Memphis and wound up in another city. However, the seller, who was not responsible, quickly responded to my email and made contact with USPS. The package arrived as described, well packed, and was exactly as described. I would certainly purchase from the seller again.
