Everything was great!! Delivery was as fast as it could be. Packaged well and appropriate sized box. The integrity of sellers description was very accurate and trustworthy (some pages got dent - and that's all. Exactly according to description). Pages are crisp, clean and intact. Spine was fully intact. Very pleased. Seller sent the item exactly as they said, within 2 days of purchase. Honest and swift in getting item in the mail stream. VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED!!
The item that came was not the same as the picture that was showing on the website. It was the same as the batteries I had ordered for a lesser price from another seller, but I returned as they were the wrong ones. The problem was that the extension wire was too long. I was going to return them, but the process and return costs were not not covered. The shipping costs were way too high I am disappointed, and still no batteries.
Item arrived as described, well packaged and a day before UPS said it would (shipping wasn't cheap, but circumventing the Canada Post strike was worth the cost). Would happily purchase from this seller again. Thanks!
