The phone cradle does not securely hold the phone. If you have any cover that makes your phone more thick, the arms of the cradle are not long enough to secure the phone. The arms of the cradle are straight and could use a "c" type edge that grabs the face of the phone so it cannot fall out of the cradle. The rest of the holder is perfectly fine and allows good movement and viewing angles. I like the design, the cradle arms just need to be modified so they can really grab and hold your phone.
