I was very excited to find this ceramic fruit topiary for sale as it was just what I had been searching for. Sadly, the item arrived damaged from shipping and the entire bottom was shattered along with a few other chips toward the top. I took pictures and immediately reached out to the seller. The good news is he responded so quickly and refunded my money without any hassle. I can’t speak highly enough about the response from the seller and appreciate the way he handled the situation.
The item was packaged pretty well—though I do wish there had been a bit more padding. It arrived in good condition overall. One of the wheels had come off during transit, but it was easy to reattach, so no big deal. These things happen! The car came in the same condition as described in the description. Shipping was fast, so I’m satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to reorder from this seller.
The tie arrived with a stain on the front which did not appear in the listing--subtle, but definitely noticeable. I was disappointed, but after messaging him, the seller got back to me within a day and refunded me the price of the item. He was very kind and understanding.
