The Garment Bag looks to be of good quality and arrived quickly in okay condition. However, it was left on our front steps on Sunday in an OPEN plastic bag, with no additional shipping protection!! I assume it was left by Amazon, a company I NEVER BUY FROM. The seller's communication was excellent but I do not buy again from sellers who ship via Amazon.
While I am sure it is a hood item, it was the wrong item for me. I feel like this is probably not the sellers fault. It is likely that his/her supplier provided the wrong product description as I have seen this happen before with this exact same product. Based on that, I am not faulting the seller. He was kind enough to let me return it.
