The Attic Ease item was delivered within the original range of expected delivery dates, communication was good. I bought the item from this seller because I could not find it at any store and both Home Depot and Lowe’s promised delivery (either at my house or at a local store for pick-up) a day or two later than the seller. The strange thing was the seller ordered it from Home Depot and HD shipped it. Glad everything worked out, but if the item or shipping had issues we now had a middleman.
Arrived exactly as described. Most importantly, the shipping box retained its original shape and the hose reel is undamaged! Good quality for the price and condition is excellent. Thanks to the seller for arranging safe passage.
