Ordered power jack for my laptop. When it came, the package had a tare, and was empty, the seller was very helpful. He assumed responsibility for the lost part and promptly sent me a new one. I don’t believe this to be anything the seller did wrong, and for him to send me a new one, no questions asked is beyond customer satisfaction. I can see why he has a 100% positive feedback rating.
