This is the second purchase of this model tineco vac. The first was describes as the same but was damaged, very used and filthy. This one was perfect. Not even a speck of lint on it. Exactly as described by the seller and it works great from what I've been able to use it so far. Shipping got a low star but that was not due to the seller. That was the USPS. it took 4 days longer to get it that originally stated. Overall trust this seller and I'm satisfied.
The location area seems a little sketchy (very LA alleyway if you know what I mean) but the seller is very nice. Seller Responds quickly and made sure I got the correct item. Seller even let me try out the item before taking it just in case there is an issue. Excellent customer service, I will recommend to buy from them.
