  1. Fast shipping. The package was packed better then most but we had a problem with a missing part. I contacted the seller and he told me that I was only purchasing pieces in the picture and that was specified in the detail. I was going to send it back but he offered me a full refund which I thought was very generous as the item was useless without the charging cord. What a change to deal with an honest seller. It was CLEARLY MY MISTAKE for not reading FULL details. Would buy from them again.

  2. The seller was responsive to my inquiries under 24hrs. Arrived ~1 week with decent plastic+bubblewrap+papers+box. The unit came just as shown on the image, though having noticeable grime and stains, it had to be cleaned with disinfecting wipes. The listing was partially inaccurate, as shown in BIOS and neofetch that it was Surface Pro 6 despite 1796 being prevalent on SP5. The touchscreen and others were functional, and the condition was excellent at $50. Ask questions before purchasing.
