Not 100% satisfied with this transaction due to my package almost getting lost without my apt. # being indicated on the package; also, the description indicated getting 8 total pull chain pcs., and did not match what I received - 2 pull chains! If I would have known, I'd have never bought. Other than that, the two pull chains were new but I wish the items would have been more as the description listed because I needed them for my bedroom, etc.
