My experience with this seller was neutral. They sent me a wrong product which was Diesel Fuel Stablizer (not even sure how that was possible when I ordered a perfume). Upon contacting them they were understanding of the error and issued me a free return label. I’m from the Caribbean and I utilize a US freight forwarding service to receive packages. It would have cost me more than the cost price of the purchased item to ship the product back to be eligible for a refund so I didn’t bother to.
There was a mishap during shipping and the item was damaged during shipping. I reached out to the seller and I got response very quickly. The seller was very apologetic and handled the situation very quickly. Even though the item was damaged I would definitely recommend this seller based of the quickness of the response and how the situation was resolved!! A++++ Defiantly would recommend seller!!
Item arrived on time as described. Free shipping on a Funko made it a good price but was placed directly in a poly mailer so the box was damaged. Maybe message seller and request extra protection if that matters to you. See pics, item is safe but box is 5/10. Will buy from seller as that’s not a concern for me but I know it is for others.
