It's hard not to give it 5 stars! I ordered a life-size Espeon plush, and it perfectly matches the description and photos. It arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged. The box even indicated that the contents were fragile so the delivery drivers would be careful! It's very easy to contact the seller via the app's messaging system, and what's more, I received my package early! It's simply perfect 😍
Good communication with the seller, the item did arrive as described with original packaging, but unfortunately there were a couple breaks during transit. But the seller went above and beyond and gave me a full refund for the item! They have integrity and I would buy from them again.
