I was originally sent an incorrect item but Anthony corrected that by providing a pre-paid return label and then immediately shipped the correct item. The turn-around was only one day to get the correct item. The LP690 landing pad was new, unused and in a sealed box. I was confused at first because eBay provided a tracking number that turned out to be not associated with my order. These orders actually ship from Amazon. So if Amazon shows up unexpectedly it's your order from Xpress_Sales_Store.
Package arrived on time but the battery inside was not for iPhone 11. Tracking number provided for my order was incorrect. Noticed that seller raised double price for the same listing but was told it was out of stock when I requested a replacement. Understood no one wants to lose money so I accepted the refund and kept the package. In this purchase I have no money loss but wasting a few days. I give positive rate because communication is important to me and I am satisfied with the seller.
This has been a rock solid battery! Worth its cost and packaged well. A month in there has been no degradation unlike other brands that nosedive from their claimed capacity. As other feedback stated this seller orders from Amazon and in my case the tracking was inaccurate stating delivered by UPS but randomly appeared on my doorstep a week later.
