  1. Plant hangers defective (missing welds). I complained. Delayed response. Seller requested photos, which I sent sent TWICE. Another delayed response. At which point, he offered a refund, but only AFTER I return the defective hangers. I told him I'd prefer he just send replacements and then I'll return the defectives. No! He demands return first. Why is it MY responsibility to perform HIS quality control? Why is MY time not important? I trusted this seller, why can't he trust ME?

  2. The description didn’t match the product received. This is a one sided flag with bleed through in reverse. Not two sided as seller described. However the seller was very helpful and apologized for a “misprint” from their source and offered a refund. Seller is very responsive and polite. Communication excellent. I’d still use them again because of it by the way I was treated.
