Excellent service - good communications from my acceptance of seller's 10% reduction offer through to delivery of the well packaged parcel - the model is a welcome addition to my collection of vehicles to be used at home and also at my club's 2 layouts - thank you very much. My only criticism is of the model itself, which is not the fault of the seller. I have purchased many 1/76 vehicles from Corgi, EFE, Lledo Trackside, Oxford etc - assumed this bus was a diecast model - it's actually plastic
