There was an issue unknown to the seller with this item as it was untested. 1) It was cosmetically damaged during shipping and 2) when tested, discovered the unit would run for about 20 seconds then shut off. Contacted Seller who backs the items he sells. They very quickly, without hesitation, refunded the full amount of the purchase. I would gladly purchase from this seller again and highly recommend purchasing from them. AAA+++ eBay Seller!

The seller was fair. I received a refund. I do not know how the item was damaged, but suspect the USPS and the rough manner with which I have witnessed package in the past of been flung or dropped in front of my door. Thank you Ring camera. I had written to the seller to ask how they wished the damaged item to be returned. I cannot be fixed. I will await your response. Sorry the deal did not work out. Honest seller here.

Got exactly what was shown and as described; so while the player was a bit beat up and only partially working - that's exactly what it was said to be. For the price listed, it was great as far as I'm concerned. The player was packed well in lots of layers and even arrived a day early. Excellent seller!
