Item was as described however the small side window had been removed and the bolts/nuts were missing Emailed seller and they offered me a partial refund which I accepted as shipping case back would have cost more than the refund offered Seller responded very quickly, otherwise item was packed well and arrived intact With the partial refund the case will be a very good value Because of the quick response and outcome, I can highly recommend the seller as they stand by their items for sale
There was a mix up with the color I ordered. I got a different color than originally thought. It did come packaged sealed and with manufacturers sticker seals, so it was brand new never touched. Seller was super nice (even when I was kinda rude), and went above and beyond to make up for the color difference. They got back to me super quickly and were very understanding. Would order from them again.
