  1. This transaction ticked all the boxes. Items as described, packed well and shipped quickly. Would definitely work with this seller again. I may have gotten a couple of repeats of colors currently in my collection; but, they are shades that I love and have almost used up. Now my only problem is finding space for these newest additions so that they don't spill out into the room!   2. 10/10 would buy from this seller again! The first glass bobeche I ordered arrived broken in the box. I reached out to the seller and they were quick to respond and send a replacement item! The second bobeche arrived packaged extra thoughtfully and was unharmed. The measurements and pictures in the listing were spot on, so this bobeche worked perfectly to replace the one my chandelier was missing. I think this was a reasonable price for a hard-to-match item in new condition.

Mistakes happen, that’s just life. Taking accountability and resolving a mistake means more to me than not making one. It’s just become too rare in this day and age for people to have accountability.
