it was charging but then the battery doesn't turn on and the battery pack has a very slight bulge so pretty sure needs new battery. but never got one so don't know if that's the only issue but the guy who I purchased from said that was the case and that he was flying it the day before. so up to you if you wanna put in the time

SELLER TOOK 2 DAYS FROM SALE TO CREATE SHIPPING LABEL, AND ANOTHER 5 AFTER TO ACTUALLY BEING PACKAGE TO SHIPPING FACILITY. VERY SKEPTICAL. WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER AGAIN, AND WILL BE CONTACTING EBAY WITH ANY ISSUES, AS PRODUCTS WERE MISREPRESENTED BY SELLER AND MARKED AS NON-RETURNABLE.
