The box was also nicely lined in bubble wrap, and the nice note was appreciated. Shipping price was fair. Seller definitely made sure that the ornament would arrive in perfect condition.

  3. Item arrived broken. Based on pictures, and since the packaging was fine, I am confident it was improper handling during shipping. I was able to put it back together. It is not perfect but passable.
