This coffeemaker is no longer produced. I needed a new one for camping. This item was a great price, totally new and exactly as described. I know this is a good appliance, since I had one before. It is brand new, the box was messed up , but that was disclosed. The item is in excellent condition. Arrived 2 days sooner than expected. Wonderful transaction.!! A++ seller.
