The item shipped immediately; however, I live in Hawaii and the seller would not ship to Hawaii. So I need to have it shipped to my brother in California. My brother needed to take time out of his busy day to go to his local post office and pay again to ship it to me in Hawaii. This was a major inconvenience and I needed to pay for two shippings. I feel this is poor customer service. The seller should simply allow us to pay the additional shipping charges rather than refusing to ship here.
