This was well packaged. I should have paid closer attention to listing as the unit itself does not read discs. This was not provided in the listing but, the photos showing the unit powered on led me to believe it was fully functional. Again, it was never declared as fully functional or not, so the fault is my own for not questioning. Shipping took longer than expected with having to pay for shipping.
