I had a snafu with my order but the seller issues me a refund so that I could buy the item locally to avoid more wasted time. I appreciate all of the sellers professionaIism don't great communication. I understand that once a seller ships something out, that it's then out of his control. And USPS doesn't have the best of reputations. Over the past years, I've had a few items that were either damaged or lost while using USPS. But again, doesn't reflect on seller.
