There was a lack of communication about the processing and shipping, but once the item was shipped, it got to the states very quickly and there were no additional tariffs/duties to be paid by me. Shipping was fast! the packaging is very secure wrapped with bubble wrap 0 damages to the product itself and the box is very well packaged itself! its perfectly as described as the images and descriptions 100% accurate.
