Packaging was ripped to shreds, barely taped together. The plastic straps were cut i have video. open the box. I have one bracket missing damage done to the railing. Underneath where the bolts slide from one side to the other can't do that , damaged in two different places also too dents, very visible on surface side from damage underneath, not sure if somebody threw this around a few times before I got but it seems that way, not sure what happened in transit ,fedex
The quality is excellent, condition was brand new and the value as well as the appearance was just as mentioned. Love it a lot and got my truck fixed. Defiantly would buy here again if it breaks!
