Ordering process was very easy. I received the unit with a broken handle. I contacted the buyer and he indicated that the fedex guy damaged it. I informed him of fedex' policy for declared value. However the shipper did not solve my problem. However ebay commerce solved the problem by refunding the entire purchase. I was satisfied.
Gorgeous box set of Disney cookbooks, brand new, beautifully packed, received very quickly, terrific value and quality for cost, most fair shipping, lovely to peruse, easy friendly transaction, would highly recommend and do business again.
