Controller arrived packed well but not in original packaging and without USB-C cable (I have several, but it would have still been nice). Controller still had all original owner's info in it and was STILL BOUND TO HIM. However, seller contacted supplier and resolved problem within 3 days. Excellent communication, but I was quite anxious! Controller is useless if it's bound to someone else.
