We purchased this Ring Video doorbell. Description said it was new, however it was missing the battery and the back plate. I spoke with the seller and he offered me a partial refund. This seller has very good shipping time, The item was better than described, well packaged and the best price I found by FAR on Ebay. But that really isn't all that I look for in a store. That which is always the most telling is how the seller deals with returns. A seller that offers to pay your returned shipping says at the very least that the seller is confident in his or her merchandise. This store offers exactly that! 5 star sales transaction is what I give this store.
The shipping was fast and the packaging was solid. The product matched the description and had decent value. However, after buying a separate charger (as noted in the listing), the watch still didn’t power on. I reached out to the seller and they kindly accepted the return and issued a refund. I do wish there had been some gesture to offset the extra cost of the charger, given the item didn’t work, but overall the seller handled the situation professionally. Recommended!
