Excellent seller who provides great service and prompt replies to any questions. Unfortunately, the process is let down by eBay International Shipping who take an absurd amount of time to get your item to a shipping hub (nearly three weeks). If you're not in the USA, best to order from Amazon or do what I'll be doing in the future; ship to a US-based freight forwarding company. As I said, this is not the sellers fault. I received my Fitbit Charge 4 on time as described by the seller - fresh-buy. Unfortunately, the Fitbit was defective. Once I notified the seller, they immediately took action to work with me to resolve the issue. The seller - fresh-buy, shipped a replacement Fitbit within a day and it is functioning properly. I would buy an item from fresh-buy in the future. They are a stand-up seller!
