I received the watch, band, and charger and everything was perfect except for the charger. I had an issue with it. I contacted the seller for some suggestions, they wound up sending me a new charger. They were very quick to respond. Perfect interaction, amazing customer service. I will use the seller again. Both the original items and the replacement items were very fast to ship. It's wonderful to have received excellent customer service.
It's in good working order, although a little scratched but that was disclosed in the item description. I don't believe the included bands are OEM, but I suppose including OEM bands on used watches wouldn't be feasible. To the sellers credit, he did send me two extra bands when I complained I received the wrong color and he didn't have to do that. So it is a good value. This is a good seller and I would buy from them again.
