As described, great addition to our Pool house bar. Communication was subpar. Notified that delivery was made at 12:16 am on 9/24/24 when in fact it didn’t deliver until til 2:03 pm on 9/24/24. Thought I may have been scammed but turns out the deal was good.
Ordered and paid for this item. Was given a tracking number for delivery. Then after eagerly anticipating its arrival, after 2 weeks was eventually told they didn’t ship to the uk. Surely this should have been noted when I placed the order. Poor service.
Excellent service. Item arrived exactly within the timeframe given. The box was open when it arrived, however I suspect that was New Zealand customs. Nevertheless, all items were present in the box. Item is perfect.
