The quality of the packaging and actual BTR3K device was like new. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to receive a like new device with an open box price. I don't have money to be spending full MSRP and this seller delivered. If you ever see an open box device, look at the condition. This person seems to be honest with the description of the device. I'm really happy with it. I've been using it for about a week and no issues. My only complaint was shipping time. It was later than exp.

Item was shipped quickly and arrived in the expected condition, in full working order. FT1 is a headphone that performs very well in its price category, and this seller's price offered a great value. The item was cosmetically as if brand new, as promised. I did have trouble contacting the seller by message, but if you know that what you are ordering is what you want, this seems to be a good seller to buy from, and I can say from related experience that they refund promptly on returns as well.
