Item shipped incredibly fast for its long journey. Unfortunately it fell subject to damage during transport despite the packing and sturdy shipping box. Seller was also very fast to refund my payment and without hesitation. I will order from them again as I feel the value was great and item was as described and a nice piece.
Shipping was prompt, the item was well packed, and I would do business with this seller again. The only criticism I would have is that the item was not very well cleaned before shipping, but that is minor. Shipping was fair priced given that these things weigh a ton!
Exceptional! Item was as described, but arrived late and caused the seller to lose the item as eBay refunded our customer who purchased it. When tried to refund the seller back 50% of cost, he declined and said it’s of no consequence. Very rare customer service!
