Shipped at expected speed, well packaged, product came as described--works great so far (week or two in). Great value for price compared to retail options. ONLY THING, is that it seems like some of the key markings are in another language? French maybe? But I don't really hold the seller accountable for that --I think it's possible that may be how the device was sold in retail? Just was different from expectations of typical US keyboard symbol markings.
Item listed as Open Box, shipped in a Brand New sealed box which is great except a charging cord wasn't included. Asked seller to send a cord, which they responded that they inspected each box (and resealed it after?) and offered a partial refund instead. I took them up on it. Had to order a generic charging cord, which of course is taking forever to arrive. Otherwise good item and decent seller, there just seemed to be some quality control issues.
