He responded within a few hours. After a short discussion, he apologized for the mistake, and offered to send me another in good condition to make up for it. I denied the offer, explaining my reason for order, and he accommodate my counter offer. Customer service like this is extremely rare today, well worth your business.

  3. Product came in was amazing quality. Original Samsung. Not a knock off. Looks brand new, barely any scratches or dings, looks better than the advertised pictures. Seller was kind enough to communicate that they'd send a nicer one from the inventory. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommended seller. The shipping was the only bummer, arrived almost a week late.
