I ordered the incorrect part and then ordered the correct one (this one) after the previous part arrived. They both were shipped in an amazingly timely manner. I was able to quickly process a return, and get the part that I needed. When I repaired my headphones, they felt better on my ears and more secure on my head than they did when I first bought them brand new. I very much intend on going to this seller again if there are any other Sony headphone issues in the future.
I'm often dubious of buying parts from overseas particularly those with a sizeable shipping charge. In this case, the part I ordered was a complete punt as to whether it would resolve my problem. First item came in flattened, with wheel marks on the package, so completely destroyed. After contacting the seller he sent me another part free of charge within 2-3 days.
