Shipped very quickly and delivered quickly based on their and my location. Item came in original package even though it was opened though that was expected due to it being eBay where used items are sold. Item came almost brand new like the description of the listing stated. Customer service was not needed so I cannot give feedback on this sellers communication skills but based on what I’ve put before it was a 5 out of 5 experience.
Overall positive experience. Package arrived on-time and in good condition. Initial power-up and pairing with phone went well. However, it was unable to actually launch tennis balls into the air. Seller was very responsive to problems, immeidately offered a return which went very well. I would recommend this seller and would use them again.
I only have 1 word to say regarding my experience with this seller/item: WONDERFUL! The package was neatly presented, on time, and new in presentation. I love it and my phone is truly a gorgeous phone now. It was sent as described and simply a beautiful new item. I would buy with this seller again, no doubt. Much obliged! 👌👏🏽🤗
