Just took it out of the box and put it back in. Never used.

One of four breakers had chipped off places (see pics). Broken pieces were not present in the shipping box, appears breaker was bubble-wrapped in this condition. Not sure "refurbished" is and accurate condition description. Shipping charge of $25/per breaker ($100 total) was much too high.
