Batteries arrived fast and were well packaged. Regrettably, some of the batteries I have tried did not work or were weak - not sure why this would be. I informed the Seller, who I know had no idea there was any issue, and together we agreed upon a fair partial refund amount. I am not upset with them at all as sometimes things happen which are no one's fault and we don't know why. Seller is very responsive and fair. Would buy from them again.
