Shoe appeared in very good condition and arrived well packed and in a timely manner. Shoes were advertised as size 11, but when I received I found they were size 13. II contacted seller and got a sincere apology and he asked for me to return for refund. In sellers defense I had to take. Photo of the size tag and blow it up to read. Seller was very kind eager to solve the problem. Highly recommend seller.
