The item shipped did not match the description of the listing. The listing showed an EU plug and stated the plug was for EU power. Without contacting me to clarify that I (as US) buyer wanted the EU item, they shipped a US power compatible item. When I contacted them for resolution they told me I couldn't use an EU item in the US and I should buy a power converter. After multiple emails, they would not replace the items with what I wanted - offered a discount on an item I don't need.
I really appreciated this seller. It's a pleasure to find a good honest people. Even though my item was damaged before it was sent to me the seller stopped the shipping. And worked with me through how to get refunded. I hope to do business with this seller again
