There was a mixup where I received the wrong item for one of the two items I ordered (the other was fine, well-priced, and exactly as described). I believe this was an honest mistake. Seller ultimately made it right and refunded me for the portion of the order that was incorrect.
The Versa 4 I received came on schedule, and it was in new condition, as I expected. I would buy this again. It took longer than buying on Amazon, but the price was cheaper by about $10-15 (despite having free shipping with Amazon prime).
Soap dispenser works and looks great. Kids loved the design and really love washing their hands now with the soap dispenser.
