For international shipping ebay's international shipping system is involved and I am foreign to those costs. Please do not ask me to reduce the costs these also include envelope and packing materials. Most of the items are shipped via USPS or Fedex the same day or within 24 hrs of payment received . I DO NOT have my items boxed until they are sold. In rare occasions, I may take a bit longer depending on the size of the item, some times it is required find the proper box and packaging materials (bigger box than usual) to save you the on the shipping charges. I am not responsible for the delay due to Holidays, Acts of God, Nature, USPS or FeDex Delay or due to wrong address. Once the package is out of my hands it is out of my control. Keep this in mind. Item never arrived. Lost in shipping. Ordered on 5/2, promised by 5/14. seller didn't take item to shipping facility until 5/8. Pkg arrived in Memphis on 5/11, with no further information on it's location. On 5/20 (almost 3 weeks from order) I Cancelled this transaction as package was clearly lost in shipping and has still never arrived. Received a refund. Lost in shipping was not the sellers fault, but WAITING SIX DAYS TO SHIP was irresponsible.
It arrived as it was described, still working. So far so good and it was the cheapest that I could find so great value. Also like the seller because he or she shipped it out fast. 
As described at a great price. I needed to replace the brackets and this item was definitely a better deal. Well packaged and fast shipping. Thanks!
