  1. The items were carefully wrapped and arrived in very good shape. Shipping was on time. Unfortunately, the items were not as described. Instead of the plates being 9" luncheon, they were full-sized dinner plates. After contacting the seller, she very generously refunded the purchase price and told me to keep the plates. This was unexpectedly generous and very much appreciated.
